Our Veterinarians
Dr. Will Gouinlock, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Will, a Canadian native, received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Physical Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. He then went on to complete his Doctorate degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and attended his clinical year at Michigan State University alongside Dr. Ali.
Dr. Will has a special interest in internal medicine and pain management. He enjoys spending time with Dr. Ali, their two children, and two dogs. When not with his family, he loves to get outside, run, and golf.
Dr. Ali Gouinlock, DVM, MS
Veterinarian
Dr. Ali received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of South Alabama. She then completed her Doctorate at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and attended her clinical year at Michigan State University, alongside Dr. Will.
Dr. Ali has a special interest in preventative medicine and end-of-life care. When she is not caring for your fur family, she enjoys spending time with Dr. Will, their two children, and two dogs. She also loves to bake!

McKayla Deveau
McKayla has been a veterinary technician since 2019. Over the years, she has come to have a special place in her heart for senior/geriatric patients. With a loving husband, a wonderful child, and a furry family consisting of two dogs and two cats, McKayla understands the importance of compassion and care. She brings this same level of dedication to her professional pursuits, always striving to make a positive impact in her work. Her genuine love for animals and her family-oriented mindset make her a compassionate and reliable individual. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with family.
Tiffany Coderre
Veterinary Technician
Tiffany started working at WAGS Animal Hospital in April of 2023 but has been in the field since 2009. She has a special place in her heart for pit bulls, having two of her own as well as a cane corso and a chihuahua. Tiffany lives with her husband and their son. They also have 4 older children and 2 grandchildren. Tiffany loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. She also has a love for sports, the New England Patriots being at the top of the list.
Haley Struminski
Veterinary Technician
Haley graduated in 2020 with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, RI. She and her family have worked closely with an animal rescue based in Georgia since 2016 and have fostered over 100 puppies! In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her 4 dogs, 2 rabbits, many fish, and a hamster. Fun fact: Haley’s favorite hobby is thrifting and on her days off you can find her frequenting all the best local antique shops!
Drew Alves
Veterinary Technician
Originally from NH, Drew moved to RI after graduating from the University of Rhode Island. She loves going to the beach, listening to country music, eating good food, and taking her dog, Biff, for long walks. Drew volunteered at the Mystic aquarium for a few years before settling into veterinary medicine with small animals. She loves to learn new things and meet new pet friends!
Sarah Senato
Veterinary Technician
Sarah is a Navy veteran who worked for four years onboard a ship in Yokosuka, Japan. She has since been a veterinary technician for four years. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, going to the gym, or anything that keeps her active and outdoors. She has two dogs, a golden retriever named Titan and a shepherd/pit mix named Atlas. Sarah has a soft spot for anxious/nervous pets. Making them feel comfortable at their vet visits and gaining our trust is one of her favorite parts of her role as a technician.
Kayla Meehan
Meet Kayla and her social media star, “Hotdog”. Kayla enjoys drawing, reading and scary movies.
Mary Dacey
Client Communication Specialist
Mary retired from the MBTA after twenty-four years of service and has been working with WAGS Animal Hospital for eight years! She has a rescue dog, Bella, and a cat, Tiger. Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking, gardening, and reading.
Alicia Richards
Client Communication Specialist
Alicia enjoyed being a banker for years but knew she wanted something different for herself. She always had a sense of love, joy, and peace when around animals and it was her dream to work with them, so she joined the Wags team! She has many fur babies: three Siamese cats, Luna, Mini, and Shadow, a Pitbull mix named Pemi, and a Bearded Dragon named Nova.
Alicia loves spending time with her husband and friends as well as hiking, crafting, sewing, cooking, and going on adventures. She also enjoys a relaxing night outside on the deck or watching Netflix!
